This bathroom renovation started with a very standard builder-grade space and a simple pedestal sink. The bones were good, which made it the perfect canvas to bring in the Primrose touch and completely redesign the room in a way that felt more like us. The first photo shows the before and after transformation, and it truly highlights how much warmth and character can be added with thoughtful design and custom craftsmanship.

We began by replacing the pedestal sink with a custom-made solid wood vanity designed specifically for this space. The vanity features beautiful fluted detailing made from pine in a rich coffee finish, adding texture and depth while keeping the look timeless. We paired it with a bowl sink and upgraded faucet to create a more elevated, custom bathroom feel. Instead of removing the builder-grade mirror, we built a custom wood frame that slides seamlessly over it, giving it a high-end look without unnecessary demolition. We also updated the light fixture and applied a faux lime wash painting technique to the walls, which added warmth, softness, and subtle movement to the space.

To complete the renovation, we added a new mat and installed a wood plank ceiling with two beams. That ceiling detail alone completely transformed the room, bringing in texture and architectural interest that made the bathroom feel cozy and custom. The second photo highlights some of these details up close, especially the fluted pine vanity and the layered finishes that make this Tulsa bathroom renovation feel warm, inviting, and uniquely ours.
